An interesting observation: if, at the stage of preparing the documents, we ask our clients how they imagine their future life in Spain, the first answer will always be a description of the place where they would like to live. These can be large houses on the coast, overlooking the sea and a garden where their children would grow up. Or, conversely, compact apartments in the center of a dynamic city, convenient for frequent business trips. Maybe it will be an apartment for rent for the first time in Spain. In any case, many people have a dream of their place under the Spanish sun long before the start of collecting documents, because that is what they strive for when moving to another country.
But it also happens that clients imagine a certain ideal place for themselves, which is not so easy to describe. I would like it to be a house in a quiet place, but not to be so far away from a city where one could come regularly. I would like the house to have its own body of water – a pond or lake, where you could swim and go boating. At the same time, so that at the house or not far from it there was also a small private production or its own restaurant, so that family members could do it. But how to find all this at once, living in another country and not being able to go around the whole country in search of your place?
At some point, we collected similar descriptions of our clients’ dreams and opened a new direction in our activity – the selection of unique real estate objects and full support of the transaction. And for many years now we have been doing this with great passion – we select exactly those objects that our clients dream of, even if at first some of these descriptions seem incredibly difficult to find. But we can rightfully be proud of cases when, desperate to find something suitable for himself, a client already without much hope turned to us, and we managed to find exactly what he was looking for for so long and fulfill his old dream.
