The promotion is located to the west of the old town, a few minutes walk from Plaça de la Vila and the Parish of Sant Andreu. The blocks have a ground floor, two upper floors and an attic floor with large terraces. The roof is flat and accessible only for the maintenance of private and community facilities and equipment. The basement of block 3 is used for storage rooms and communicates with the parking lot of block 2 through an underground passage with ramps. On the ground floors of each building are the access lobbies to the vertical communication cores, with an elevator and the evacuation staircase, the meter cabinets for electricity, water and communications services, and homes with private gardens. Technical Building Code and the regulations that apply to it. It contemplates different active and passive technical solutions to improve the energy efficiency of the building, which translates into a decrease in CO2 emissions and a significant reduction in the building’s energy demand in heating, cooling and domestic hot water compared to other buildings with qualifications lower, obtaining an A energy classification for emissions and energy consumption. The materials have been chosen to promote environmentally sustainable construction. Justification of the thermal and acoustic insulation coefficients described in the executive project.
