Barcelona, eighth on the list of the best cities in the world

Resonance Consultancy, one of the world’s leading consulting companies, an expert in tourism, real estate and economic development, has produced its annual Best Cities ranking of the best cities in the world. The list is compiled on the basis of an assessment of megacities with a population of more than one million people in six categories, and is considered the most objective classification of cities on the planet.
In the latest Best Cities ranking, Barcelona ranked eighth as the best city for life, business and science. On the general list, he overlooked cities like Los Angeles and Madrid.
Among the special advantages of the Catalan capital, the city’s standard of living, its architecture, climatic conditions and economic security stand out.
And this despite the important reservation made by Resonance Consultancy that 2020 has caused extraordinary damage to the economies of cities around the world, including, of course, Barcelona.
Special mention should be made of the peripheral area of the Catalan capital, which stood out for its safety, orderliness and comfort for living.
