The blocks have a ground floor, two upper floors and an attic floor with large terraces. The roof is flat and accessible only for the maintenance of private and community facilities and equipment. The basement of block 3 is used for storage rooms and communicates with the parking lot of block 2 through an underground passage with ramps. On the ground floors of each building are the access lobbies to the vertical communication cores, with an elevator and the evacuation staircase, the meter cabinets for electricity, water and communications services, and homes with private gardens.
