The project of the architect Jordi Pons i Carri\u00f3, is a building with a facade facing Passeig de Maragall, completely designed for living. This is a house with 3 duplex apartments on the ground floor and 3 apartments on each landing located on 4 floors of this building.<\/p>\n

A flat roof with a used area for drying clothes by the residents of the house, the rest of the roof surface is used only for housing private and public technical equipment.<\/p>\n

Access to the basement floor, to the parking of cars, is carried out along an inclined ramp with a metal door from the first floor of the building. Also, on the first floor there is a hall from which you get to the stairwell, to the elevator, and to the rooms in which water and electricity meters are located. <\/p>\n
